Mechanical Field Service Engineer

MISSION:

Installation, training, repair and updating of industrial machinery. Able to communicate and meet customer needs. Technical, commercial and communication skills with clients and After Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform installation, commissioning, and training of industrial machinery in the facilities of our national and international clients.

· Prepare reports on installations, training, and pending installation points.

· Act as the client's contact point during intervention to channel their requests and/or needs that arise during this activity.

· Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and technical updates of machinery supplied to our national and international clients.

· Prepare reports on repairs or updates, to assess their intervention and activate internal continuous improvement processes in our company.

· Autonomy and time management, consolidating the objectives set by the After-sales team, regarding installations, repairs, and upgrades.

· Responsible, orderly, and methodical, you must remember that it is the image of our company at home of customers.

· Know and comply with established quality procedures and instructions.

· Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities carried out.

· Apply the instructions for waste management and reduction of energy consumption.

· Comply with and enforce the occupational risk prevention instructions.

· Correctly use, conserve, and maintain the Personal Protection Devices and equipment provided by the company, in accordance with the instructions received.



Minimum requirements

TRAINING:

Engineering degree or Mechanical specific training or Mechatronic

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum experience of 5 years in After-Sales Service Department.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing or maintenance sector for pharma machinery.

Experience in installation, training and repair of machinery industrial capacity, ability to organize their work and autonomy in the execution.
